Lillies does not offer any paid features or services that require monetary payment. All premium features are obtained exclusively through boosting our official Discord server. Since no money is exchanged, traditional refunds do not apply.

2. Premium Features via Server Boosting

To access premium features of Lillies, you must:

• Join our official Discord server
• Boost the server using Discord's Server Boost feature
• Maintain an active boost to continue accessing premium features
• Premium perks are automatically granted while your boost is active

3. Discord Boost Management

Server boosts are managed entirely through Discord. If you wish to stop boosting or have questions about your boost status, please refer to Discord's official support documentation or contact Discord support directly. We have no control over Discord's boost system or billing.

4. Loss of Premium Access

Premium features will be removed if:

• Your server boost expires or is cancelled
• You leave the official Discord server
• You are removed from the server for violating rules
• Your Discord account loses boost status

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with premium features while actively boosting our server, please contact our support team through Discord. We will work to resolve any legitimate technical problems as quickly as possible.

6. No Refund Obligations

Since Lillies does not process any payments or charge any fees, we have no refund obligations. Any questions about Discord Nitro or Server Boost billing should be directed to Discord's support team.
